Job Purpose:
The role of the Sales Executive is to create and maintain revenue and customer loyalty for the company, by establishing and maintaining relationships with his clients and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending innovative value-add solutions.
3. Manage agency/client projects/integrations from A-Z, by providing hands on support in developing creative ideas, ensuring successful integration and implementation.
4. Maintain relationships with agencies at all levels by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending revenue and service improvements.
5. Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
6. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
8. Prepare and present accurate and comprehensive sales pitches/ presentations.
9. Work closely with other disciplines within the Group, i.e. Digital to ensure the client/agency receives inclusive value add solutions.

Additional Duties: 

May be required on occasions to represent the Group at product-specific conferences.

Objectives and Related Job Results: 

1. Weekly report on integration, project plans and action points.
2. Weekly agency meetings, related to subject, progress and results.

Qualifications and Experience:

A. Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's in advertising, Business Administration or Marketing
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of industry related experience, or fresh graduate

B. Specific knowledge:

• Project management as the role holder may at any time manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid understanding of products
• Solid understanding of Brand Content
• Selling skills

C. Ability/Skills:

• Language Skills: Full ability to read, analyze, briefs, research and reports in the English language, knowledge of Arabic language is required as well.
• Numerical Skills: Ability to analyze and understand mathematical data related to sales, forecasting, research and trends.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems/ opportunities, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in managing and growing relationships with agencies and advertisers.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist in delivering post-campaign insights and results/

• Attend client meetings alongside senior team members and gradually build your own portfolio of accounts.

• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES

Build a solid understanding of the assigned brands and their category dynamics.

Contribute to the development of business solutions.

Prospect opportunities based on seasonality and market requirements to drive incremental revenue.

Ensure finalized revenue goals are met or exceeded as set by the Director.

Build strong relations across mid and junior level agency partners.

Ensure to take a collaborative working approach with other units ie Publisher, Agency, Product, CRM etc.

Able to use planning and reporting tools to deliver better value proposition to clients and contribute to weekly report on the portfolios current standing.

In partnership with the CRM team, ensure campaign is on track and performing as per objectives

Create successful case studies and circulating in the market.

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep up to date on media and technology landscape changes

Submit weekly pipeline data and attend quarterly revenue meetings 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

University degree in any field of study as long as there’s a strong degree of passion to join the digital industry

Minimum 2 years' experience in the media industry
